Yariv Cohen Certified Accountant, attained his Master's degree in Business Administration, and began his professional career in KPMG Somekh Chaikin and Co., and subsequently served as Vice President/ Financing Manager of private and public corporations.


Simultaneously, he also established his position as a senior lecturer in the Academy for Accounting and Business Administration, is a member of senior boards of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (Salary Bookkeeping Examination Board, SMEs Board, Income Tax Liaison Board, Academic Accomplishment Course Board, etc.), and he also serves as member of the Peer Review Board which operates in conjunction with the Accountants Institute.

Our skilled staff also provides financial supervision services, together with economic – strategic consulting services for new ventures, and/or existing businesses/ corporations, assistance in raising capital and attaining credit providers (including the conduct of negotiations), preparation and the building of budgets, mergers and acquisitions, assistance in initial public offerings, appraisals and economic – business feasibility studies, providing advice on the preparation of business plans based on an overview – including the relevant tax considerations on the one hand, and financial and cash flow planning on the other hand – to allow for continuous operation and growth without suffering the risk of surprises and obstacles, providing for due diligence inspections prior to acquisitions, including providing opinions to the different institutions, and the courts, as well as conducting economic inspections of financial organizations involved in law disputes.


Aside from conducting appraisals and economic analysis of the properties and/or funds that are at the center of the dispute, each case is assigned to an experienced team of accountants and a mediator, who are well versed with their professions – each in their own respective field, and each possessing a wide and in-depth professional experience of financial – commercial disputes, to accompany the business arbitrating process and/or the mediation, until its successful conclusion – to the parties’ mutual satisfaction. The team naturally assist in the preparation of the necessary reports to the authorities / attorneys and/or the courts, or alternatively will prepare an agreement / mediation agreement / settlement, which will subsequently receive validation as a court decision.


Our firm provides taxation services for the self-employed (prepares declarations of capital, and personal tax returns), tax planning for the self-employed, corporations, nonprofit organizations, associations, and etc.
Additionally, we provide services relating to international taxation, assistance in voluntary disclosure, representation before the different tax authorities (income tax, capital gains tax, social security and VAT), which include the handling of tax arrangements (rolling), and the necessary opinions. Additionally, our firm accompanies corporations and organizations which are engaged in various processes of recovery, stay of proceedings, receivership and dissolutions, and may also be appointed as auditors on behalf of creditors / liquidators. (In this capacity we prepare the reports, and take care of the financial aspects of the liquidation and represent the organization before the different authorities).
